FARMER EXPERT

Farmer Expert is an e-commerce platform focused on traceability of agricultural products for farmers and buyers. The platform enables transparent and reliable tracking of all production and supply processes from seed to table using blockchain technology. Together with the initiative, we have developed a system called Farmer Chain, which enables Migros suppliers to track the entire journey of products in a selected region from the production stage and present this information to customers through the Migros mobile app.

ServisSoft - ETTA

Servissoft offers maintenance and technical service management services on a single platform to prevent interruption of service and production processes and aims to increase efficiency in field and asset service management. Together with the initiative, we developed a platform that analyzes electricity consumption data, forecasts consumption with an artificial intelligence algorithm, notifies consumption anomalies with alarms and triggers action to increase energy efficiency. As a result of the joint innovation process, ETTA, which helps users make more informed decisions by raising awareness about energy consumption, has come to life. We are still continuing the development and dissemination process.

BUGAMED BİYOTEKNOLOJİ - KOLAJEM
BUGAMED Biotechnology transforms organic wastes including fish bones, rooster crest and chicken skin into value-added biotechnological products such as collagen, hyaluronic acid and fibroin, which are not produced in our country and which we are dependent on imports. Together with the Bugamed team, we carry out the process of processing the red meat residues from Miget into collagen at Bugamed facilities. We have also developed cosmetics and personal care products with high collagen content for end users.

OPTİYOL
Optiyol develops planning and solutions in distribution network design and route optimization for logistics, retail, food and beverage, fast-moving consumer goods, field operations and passenger transportation sectors. Together with the Optiyol team, we worked on route optimization for Migros Sanal Market operations.

VARSAPP
Varsapp is a platform designed for the safe rental of unused items and the rental of needed products. This platform brings together both the owners and those who want to rent items, allowing people to utilize unused assets and meet their needs more economically. Together with Varsapp, we conducted a joint innovation project to observe our customers' reactions to the rental option and analyze the results obtained by using the Varsapp infrastructure.

AMANOS - DRYERS
Amanos manufactures high-efficiency fruit and vegetable dryers with its experience and innovative approaches in heat processing. The startup offers sustainable and innovative dryer designs that are fit for purpose, as well as renewable energy integrations and waste heat project management services. Together with the Amanos team, we are conducting an upcycling project that aims to place waste heat powered dryers in stores to dry fruits and vegetables that are about to lose their freshness, and to bring these products back for sale in dried fruit/vegetable form.

PACKARD
Packard develops solar panel supported portable air conditioning and refrigerator systems using sustainable and innovative methods. Within the scope of the project developed with Packard, the cooling units of Migros Sanal Market vehicles were converted into a solar energy-supported system developed by Packard, which will operate with 100% solar energy and provide effective cooling up to 4 degrees.

BOMENSOFT
Bomensoft is a startup capable of image processing combined with technologies like artificial intelligence, deep learning and machine learning. Together with the Bomensoft team, we are building a system that instantly detects fraud in Migros stores using machine learning and image processing technology.

PULPO AR
Pulpo AR is a startup that develops artificial intelligence-powered makeup application and skin analysis software. Together with the Pulpo AR team, we are working to develop a recommendation platform that offers Migros customers personalized skin analysis and skin care product recommendations with artificial intelligence, bringing the real world to digital and connecting Migros customers with the right brand and product. We aim to enable Migros customers to access customized cosmetic product recommendations based on their skin type and preferences, and to access skin analysis scores created with image processing technology.

MICRONE
Microne Technology is an R&D startup providing innovative software and hardware solutions. Together with the startup, we are working on an innovative and technological case that enables secure end-to-end transportation of products in Migros' valuable product distribution and store goods receiving operation processes. We aim to design a safe and traceable transportation system that increases the efficiency of distribution center dispatch, logistics operations and store goods receiving process, and eliminates the need for counting in the valuable product store goods receiving process.

Patika Robotik
Patika Robotik is a high-tech startup that develops and produces autonomous driving software and autonomous load transportation platforms for industrial applications. Together with the Patika Robotics startup, we are developing a 1-ton autonomous vehicle that increases operational efficiency, reduces costs and adapts to changing conditions in distribution centers.

TheClico
The Clico uses advanced Natural Language Processing Models in online reputation management for B2C organizations, analyzing customer feedback from various channels to provide detailed insights and powerful action plans. Together with The Clico startup, we are developing a system that will analyze Migros' customer feedback to provide powerful insights and actionable actions, and respond instantly to changing customer needs.

CarbonSmart
CarbonSmart automatically performs corporate and product carbon footprint reporting processes of companies with the data it collects instantly through ERP and IoT integrations and offers carbon footprint reduction opportunities thanks to its artificial intelligence-supported solutions. Together with the CarbonSmart initiative, we are developing an interface and algorithm that calculates standard carbon footprint on a product basis within the scope of ISO 14067.

cognipeer
cognipeer AI aims to provide businesses with the tools they need to succeed in the age of artificial intelligence. The platform enables companies to create AI Peers that can interact with customers by using their own documents or databases as a knowledge source. Together with the cognipeer startup, we are developing an AI‑powered shopping assistant that virtual market customers can interact with for post‑sales and post‑delivery services.

Up School
It provides a framework for measuring uncertainties in artificial intelligence models through Model Evaluation Solutions for Generative AI. These solutions integrate user feedback into the evaluation process and, through customizable APIs supporting continuous learning, help organizations make their models more reliable. Together with the Co-one startup, we are developing an AI solution that offers recommendations and insights aimed at increasing the performance and sales of Migros Yemek restaurants.

HİRİ.ai
HİRİ.ai is an HR Tech platform that digitalizes and automates end-to-end recruitment processes through artificial intelligence. By leveraging CV analysis, candidate evaluation, and especially autonomous interviews conducted via HiriBot, the platform enables fast, objective, and data-driven candidate assessment, making hiring processes more efficient. Within the scope of the project developed together with HİRİ.ai, an end-to-end candidate management system was created for the Paket Taxi courier recruitment process, bringing together applications from multiple channels into a single platform and supporting AI-powered analysis, search, document verification, and contract management processes.

Farmhood
Farmhood is a company that produces natural and additive-free healthy snacks and foods using freeze dry technology. Within the scope of EIT Food Straight to Market, an additive-free, nutritious and healthy food is produced, which is planned to be positioned on Migros shelves.

Artisan Candy
Artisan Candy is a brand that produces handmade, additive‑free, and sugar‑free confectionery. Reinterpreting the world’s confectionery culture in Türkiye, the brand offers a wide range of products such as caramel popcorn, s’mores marshmallows, and French‑style caramel candies. It blends traditional flavors with modern touches. Together with Artisan Candy, we are advancing product development efforts within the scope of the EIT Food Straight to Market program.

Yummate
Yummate is a local startup focused on producing healthy and fun snacks. The brand defines snacking not just as a quick bite, but as a lifestyle. With its vegan, gluten‑free, high‑protein, and baked options, Yummate supports healthy living by offering consumers both delicious and nutritious alternatives. Together with the Yummate startup, we have launched green lentil chips with three different flavors in more than 600 Migros and Macrocenter stores within the scope of the EIT Food Straight to Market program.

PatiLabs
PatiLabs stands out with its biotechnology and foodtech projects and offers sustainable, nutritious products specifically designed for the feeding of pets. Under the Hubixos brand, PatiLabs brings together science, care, and sustainability in pet nutrition, aiming to create solutions that are both animal‑friendly and environmentally conscious by combining technology and food innovation. Together with the PatiLabs startup, we are advancing product development efforts within the scope of the EIT Food Straight to Market program.
